The Role:

This one is Inside IR35 at £600 per day. It will be primarily remote with the odd day in Central London for workshops and collaboration with the rest of the team.

● Lead UX and UI design for major platform features, including:
○ Homepage redesign
○ Navigation and search optimisation
○ Layout templates for diverse content types (e.g. newsletters, sector
insights, replays, links)
● Translate research insights into design decisions and product improvements
● Collaborate with researchers on:
○ Stakeholder interviews (e.g. content owners, Deals leadership)
○ User interviews (creators and consumers)
○ Prototype testing and insight generation
● Deliver: Wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity responsive designs
(Figma)
○ A lightweight, platform-appropriate UI kit (Figma)
● Present design concepts and rationale to internal and client stakeholders
● Support documentation and handover to the development team
● Ensure adherence to accessibility, inclusive design and responsive design
best practices
● Work with the client ’s brand team to refine designs
